As many if you know, i am going for a career change soon. yes, i finally quit my present job for a new one. a better paying one. a more benefit paying job. yes, i think i earned it. slaving through all these year and still not getting acknowledge or getting a pay rise... they say work satisfaction is more important then money, but then, i think both are equally important. i mean, why must i do the work that i am good at for free or at cheap price? its a specialisation u know... haiz.... and there isn't any counter offer.. after all these years... depressing but i guess, its about time i move on!
anyways, i am going to miss my collegues, no cancel that, my friends greatly when i change job. i am really doubting myself. if i go to the new place, will i get such good friends that i can work with and hang out and joke around. you know these law firms.. they can get pretty intense and boring...
anyways, i just want to say,
I WILL MISS YOU WANA AND REY.

This is an Advert!As many of you might know, i am a poor penniless musician, who is in need of clothes..... Plus, with my new and upcoming job, i am in need of ma wardrobe overhaul. I cannot wear anymore T-shirt and jeans or anything that casual. I have to look corporate for the new job... Yes i know, i am going to look old and boring.. unless.... i have better corporate clothes.....
In any case, with my whiny plead for new clothes to many people, Prince Tailor has decided to sponsor me a few tailored clothings for my new job. And i think, the best clothes in the world is when it is custom made, tailored fit to your need and body shaped and size. really. if you go into any random shop and if you have weird body shape like me, you can never really fit into their clothes comfortably. unless you are lucky that the designer made the size that is almost fitting to your body size.. like me, i can olny fit topman's t shirt jersey well. if i try other brands, its either that my shoulder fits nicely, but the shirt is too long that i look like i am wearing a jersey t-shirt-ish dress, or if the length fits, the shoulder is too small, i look like wearing a sports bra.. oh you know, my shoulders are just too broad (a curse for me really, but people say broad shoulders are to die for... really?)
So, thank you Prince Tailors..

ok, many of you might alreayd know where i am going to move. yes, its in little india. a walking distance from mustafa center and farrer park mrt. so, here, i am going to show you my new "old" neighbourhood.
this post is entirely random. things are getting a little mundane and boring right now before the move. lots of packing and all. its a very tiring process... in out in out..
this will be the entrance/exit of the mrt station which i will use quite frequently to get to work...
and this is the beautiful temple (quite happening, live music everyday) before the junction to turn into the street of my new house..
and the conservation area houses...
and yes, i am in no. 28.
cool eh? i will post more pictures up soon, as soon as i moved in (which is this friday) and set up the place and all... i love re-decorating!!

me and vivien was around raffles place. well actually, i went for a job interview. vivien is hooking me into the company. so after work (for her) and interview (for me), we decided to hang out for a while and we went to Takashimaya..
FOOD FESTIVAL! Like, lucky strike lah. in the middle of takashimaya, they have this food festival thingy where they sell food, food, glorious food.
anyways, me, being in a morsel diet (yes yes i know!), i decided to have a fat free ice cream. and udders had a stall there. if you remember eileen, she was bragging about hoew good the new generations of ice cream sellers are here in singapore. one particularly Creamery Island, and now Udders.
so, after sampling all 18 flavours on site (oh, and i met my secondary school classmate, Paul. he was working part time for udders!!), we both decided that we want to try the "cherry bomb" flavour. its a cherry flavoured ice cream, fat free of course, filled with pitted cherry, soaked in some liquor. yes. yummy eh?
ok, forget it. photos below. its just too damn delicious to describe anymore...
oh, we asked for 2 scoops, its about 7 bucks i think. but since, my classmate Paul was the scooper, i think he gave us like 4 scoops of ice cream, with his lady boss, screaming beside him telling him that its not fair that we get extra because we know an insider (all in the name of fun and laughter of course!) see how full he filled the medium sized cup.. seriously, we both have trouble finishing it.......
i heart deep deep such ice cream!!!!!!!!
