Unbelievable! Valentina Hassan of the Bulgaria Idol Rejects is getting some media attention. she is actually becoming famous! that is so not fair. butchering a damn fine song into some circus performance and you are famous. ok, i know it takes guts to be up there performing. but anyways, i think she is damn too caught up in the media hype to realised she is a complete and total joke to the whole world.

deep throat, bumped head and a post birth anniversary.
the usual gang had a BBQ at kranji reservoir on thursday night, eve of a holiday.. wheee.. it was suppose to celebrate anna's and diana's birth anniversary and well, neither anna or diana was present. i know!! but it was all festive. we celebrate for them and felt their heartfelt spirit around us.. hahahah, anyways, it was so much fun. its been long since i had BBQ and to do it impromptu at kranji reservoir, where the ambience is very quiet, and peaceful and windy, though, the slight whiff of crap water was annoying me a bit.
anyways, i had fun, its always fun hanging out with my BFF's and it was a successful BBQ. we returned at about 3am. thank god Mikey drives. time flies when we have fun. oh, because of the mas selamat, the police and the army is like constantly patroling and rounding our area. thank god no one ask us anything. the last thing i want to do on a peaceful evening is to talk to police officer.

on the other hand, i got a bruise on my forehead. i know, so unglam. i was carrying this stand in the Singapore Arts Museum when the stand decide to break and the surface kind of.. you know, decide to land of my forehead. yes, i was bleeding. it was deep though, but still, i will look like a freaking harry porter with that stupid scar. like liposuction is not expensive enough, now i have to save more for facial plastic surgery.

hahahaha, ok, yes, was feeling divalicious for a while just now. anyways, had a pre-birth annivesary meet up for my BFF Anna Lai on Tuesday. it was unexpected. i had thai music rehearsal until 8 plus then they called me on the way home so they came and picked me up. we went to double-O bar. vivien's brother was performing there so it was fun. anyways, we chat, drank and got a little crazy. photos below. very scandalous! hahaha....

i had a kind of fun weekend. i went to the IT Fair. it was ok lah. crowded like hell. seriously, such event, people should not bring their toddlers, kids and ah-ma's and ah-pa's in wheelchairs. there is not enough space for us normal human beings to walk comfortably already, then bring senior citizens to such places...
anyways, i spent quite.. a few, knowingly that i have almost spent 600 bucks in Solo.. so, i bought a new hard disk and speakers. huge speakers, with sub woofer. whee... all my music will sound even louder.. anyways, my old hard disk, a nice looking (only) Seagate FreeAgent 250GB decided to crash. yes. kaput. all my pictues, portfolio, designs, all gone. yes, i know i am suppose to make back up but the hard disk was suppose to be my back up. so, now its all gone. i dunno how to retrive it anymore. i have asked at the service center how much is it to get it fix or possible retirve my data and they quote me some price that was beyond extortion. really.
so dissapointing. never again with seagate. so nonsense. so, i bought myself a Western Digital Element 250GB Hard Disk. USB powered. whee... working ok so far. and its so small. 2.5 inches only... wheee....
in anycase, i miss Solo, still.... the place is haunting me. the music, the culture and the food.. still haunting me.... i cannot wait till october!!!
today is Starbucks Free Coffee Day. yeah! lucky my work place is beside Great World City. got starbucks there. just open like begining of this year. yeah! i am always perky after a good cuppa coffee....
anyways, yesterday was my parents 25th wedding annivesary. i know, so long lah... amazing. anyways, dad treat all of us to Siam Kitchen in Lot 1. initial plans was to go to Tambuah Mas in tangling but it was raining, i was tired, it was too far, so Siam Kitchen was the alternative ( my bro's recommandation). it was fun. thai buffet. i love buffet. i ate so much... not good..... but fun.

today is Starbucks Free Coffee Day. yeah! lucky my work place is beside Great World City. got starbucks there. just open like begining of this year. yeah! i am always perky after a good cuppa coffee....
